Ziv Sapir

Ziv Sapir is the CEO and co-founder of Volcano, Comrit and DataCom, has managed more than $5 billion in transactions

Ziv started his journey in the Alternative Funds industry in 2015 when he established Comrit, followed by the founding of Volcano in 2021 and Data Com in 2022.
These ventures have significantly contributed to his extensive experience in the field.

In addition to his role as CEO, Ziv holds the position of director and member of the investment committee at Comrit, Volcano, and Data Com, collaborating with IBI Investment House LTD.

With over two decades of experience as an investment manager, Ziv previously held the position of CIO at “Migdal Capital Market,” the biggest insurance company in Israel.

Ziv Sapir holds a dual degree in Business Administration and Economics from the esteemed International School of the Reichman University, along with a second degree in Law from Bar Ilan University.

Dave Lubetzky

Dave has served as CEO of IBI Investment House and as Chairman of IBI Portfolio Management since 2019. Dave has extensive experience in investment management for private and institutional clients and specializes in alternative investment instruments, and serves as the general director of the IBI alternative funds: CCF, SBL, Comrit, Volcano, Pillar, Polska, Quality, Lion, FOF and Evo.

Dave has many years of experience in pension planning and taxation aspects. he held a number of other positions in the IBI Group, including CEO of IBI Portfolio Management, Corporate and Institutional Client Manager, Chief Investment Officer of IBI Provident and Study Funds.

Education: BA in economics. He holds an investment management license issued by the Israel Securities Authority and a pension insurance agent license issued by the Ministry of Finance.

Off the graph: Dave collects and restores vintage cars. He is a recreational and technical scuba diving enthusiast.

Ittai Dvir

Ittai began his career in the financial industry with E*TRADE Global Asset Management.  There, he worked as part of a small team that managed a $15 billion fixed income portfolio for the bank.  After four years working in the institutional setting, Ittai became a financial advisor in order to focus on private wealth management and provide consulting services to institutional investors.  Ittai is the founder and CEO of ID Financial, LLC which provides advisory services to the IBI Volcano Fund regarding sourcing, structuring and financing bridge loans to real estate companies. With over 18 years of experience in capital markets and real estate transactions, Ittai’s creativity and out of the box thinking provides a unique approach to project financing.

Ittai graduated summa cum laude from Towson University with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, and he is also a Certified Financial Advisor, CFP®.

Ori Epstein

Ori is the Investment Officer of Volcano and has been with the firm since its inception, contributing to its growth and success. In addition to Volcano, Ori also serves as the Investment Officer for Comrit and DataCom.

Prior to joining Volcano, Ori was a Senior Consultant at PwC specialized in International taxation and international M&A. During his time at PwC, Ori provided valuable insights and advice to multinational corporations.

Ori holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in Business Administration and Finance and an LL.B., cum laude, both from the IDC Herzliya.

Ori is a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2015.

Prior to joining IBI, Einat served for 6 years as a Customer Experience Manager of corporate and institutional clients at “Migdal Capital Market,” the biggest insurance company in Israel.

Michal Avera

Michal Avera serves as a Head of Operations at IBI Alternative Investment Funds for over 6 years.

Prior to joining IBI, Michal served 6 years as an HR officer in the Israeli Defense Force (IDF), fulfilling diverse roles.

Michal holds a B.A. in Economics, Management, and Human Resources from Bar Ilan University and an M.B.A. in Digital Management program from Reichman University.

Eyal Meichor

Eyal holds the position of Senior Real Estate Analyst at IBI’s Alternative Department, with over 11 years of experience in the U.S. real estate market. Currently, he also serves as the Senior Real Estate Analyst at Comrit and has been a member of the fund since its inception.

Prior to his role at IBI Investment House, Eyal was a financial analyst at Gaia Investments Corp. During his time at Gaia, Eyal played a pivotal role in assessing and making decisions on a wide range of large-scale real estate transactions across the United States.

Eyal holds his B.A. degree in Business Administration and Accounting from The College of Management Academic Studies.

Tomer Ram

Tomer Ram is a Real Estate Analyst at IBI Volcano Investments LLC, with over 2 years of experience in this role.
